By accessing and using Datovilo's services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Description of Services

Datovilo is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates collective investment in construction and urban development projects in Chile. We connect investors with selected real estate projects.

Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident in Chile or have authorization to invest
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Investment Risks

All investments carry risks. Real estate crowdlending does not guarantee returns. You may lose part or all of your investment. We recommend:

• Diversify your investments
• Invest only capital you can afford to lose
• Read each project's documentation completely
• Consult with an independent financial advisor

User Obligations

As a user, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Limitation of Liability

Datovilo acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the success of real estate projects. We are not responsible for losses arising from investment decisions, market changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms or if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago de Chile.
